| Mr. Eitan is a partner at SCP Private Equity Partners (”SCP”), a private equity firm that invests in mid and later stage companies in high growth industries, with an emphasis on technology. Yaron recently joined SCP with over twenty years experience in building a number of high tech companies.He is also co-founder, president, and CEO of Selway Partners, LLC, a technology incubator that Yaron founded in 1998 and an SCP portfolio company. Selway originally had build five different technology ventures, three of which are now part of the SCP portfolio. Yaron is chairman of a number of companies including DVTel, Inc., ClearStory Systems, Software Technologies Inc, The Q Group, and Magnolia Broadband . He also serves as a director of Xvionics Inc. From 1989 until 1998 Yaron was founder, chairman and CEO of Geotek Communications Inc, Chairman of the Board of Bogen Communications, Inc., and co-founder of Reshef Technologies Ltd., which he founded in 1984. Yaron holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and a degree in Economics from Haifa University. |

| Mr. Gorovici has over fifteen years of senior management experience in the digital data communications industry, with extensive experience in management, sales, engineering, customer support, business development, and product management. Starting in 2002, Eli successfully repositioned DVTel’s industry focus and in three short years the company has grown over 300% each year in sales. Previously, Mr. Gorovici was vice president, global sales and marketing, for NICE’s Visual Interaction Management Division. At NICE, he was responsible for overall operations as well as the introduction of the NiceVision™ platform of digital recording solutions to North America and key global markets. His management of the introduction exceeded sales targets and established the company as one of the top players in the newly emerging digital video recording market. |

| Paul Smith Chief Operating Officer |
| Mr. Smith is a veteran technology industry executive with extensive management experience in sales, marketing, operations and product development. At DVTel, Paul has led the organization through four years of tremendous growth by developing a worldwide sales team, managing day-to-day operations and providing a strong corporate voice and vision. As such, he has positioned DVTel as an industry leader; he has written and been quoted for numerous articles which educate the market on advanced software solutions for security; and he has delivered presentations on the growth of IP video management at top industry conferences and events.Previously, Mr. Smith was a member of the founding team of DSET Corporation, where he helped lead the company to a successful initial public offering in 1998. Mr. Smith was also chief executive officer and co-founder of The Center for Strategic Communications, a strategic planning and marketing services firm serving high-technology companies. Mr. Smith began his career with Bell Labs and later worked for AT&T Network Systems (now Lucent Technologies). Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. |

| Mr. Thompson has over 25 years of Product Development/Management experience and holds 10 US and International Product Design Patents in the field of Security Technologies. Mr. Thompson joined DVTel in 2002 as VP of Product Management, and as such focused on DVTel’s product development to create its award winning family of open standards IP solutions including Latitude NVMS, SceneTracker AVT, iSOC and an industry leading suite of over 100 IP camera models. As CTO, Mr. Thompson will provide the key focus to identify and leverage emerging technologies that further advance and differentiate the value of DVTel’s innovative solutions to our customers.Previously, Mr. Thompson was Director of Technology Development for Tyco/Sensormatic’s Video Products Division where he was responsible for the development of Sensormatic’s industry-leading Matrix Systems and Dome Camera product lines targeted at government, industrial, gaming and retail markets. As a key member of Sensormatic’s Video Steering Committee, Mr. Thompson was instrumental in developing the company’s advanced digital architectures. |

| Adina Enden brings a long and successful career to her work at DVTel. She has extensive experience managing large product development teams, and has worked at such leading companies as Comverse Technology, Checkpoint, and Dassault Systems. Enden oversees an ever-expanding team that now numbers more than 50 staff in the DVTel R&D offices around the world. The key to DVTel’s continued success and growth is the R&D Group’s successful development and constant improvement of unified open-platform IP-based solutions for video, access control, video analytics and all manner of data acquisition, analysis, and action. |

| Terry comes to DVTel with over 25 years of IT-based industry experience. In his new role at DVTel, he will be heading up the sales team for North, Central and South America. During 10 years at Lenel, Terry first grew his regional sales territory by over 700%; then, after taking over as VP of Sales, he was part of the leadership team that increased total company sales more than 10-fold. Prior to his tenure at Lenel, Terry spent 15 years with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).

| Mr. Petrook has worked in the CCTV industry for more than 15 years, and for the past 10 years specifically in the digital recording arena. As the Managing Director for the UK and EMEA, David has introduced the DVTel solution and grown the company’s business in this critical market over 200% year to year.Mr. Petrook joined Loronix (now Verint) as Sales Director when digital recording was still in its infancy. Because of his experience, he is now considered a leading expert on IP video in Europe.Prior to joining DVTel, David served as Sales Director at NICE U.K. His combined experience of working for both companies has given him a unique grounding and an unrivalled view of the benefits and advantages associated with the latest in video recording and management technology. |

| Avi Gerbi Managing Director Asia Pacific Region |
| Avi Gerbi has worked in the electronics industry for more than 20 years and for the past 10 years he has specialized in the digital recording arena. Since joining DVTel, Avi has further organized and centralized management of the APAC region, while significantly upgrading regional Sales and Technical infrastructure.
Prior to joining DVTel, Avi introduced NICE Systems’ video solution to APAC, playing a key role in the market’s shift from analog to digital to IP solutions and in the introduction of video analytics. His combined experience of working for both companies has placed him in a unique position to understand how the latest in video recording and management technology can best serve the present and future needs of the growing ranks of end users in the security industry today. |
