Yaron Eitan, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Eitan is a partner at SCP Private Equity Partners (”SCP”), having joined the firm with over fifteen years of experience in building a number of high tech companies. He is also co-founder, president, and CEO of Selway Partners, LLC, a technology incubator that Yaron founded in 1998 and an SCP portfolio company. Selway has built five different technology ventures; three of them are now part of the SCP portfolio.

Yaron is Chairman of a number of companies including DVTel, Inc., ClearStory Systems, Software Technologies, Inc., The Q Group, and Magnolia Broadband. He also serves as a director of XVionics, Inc.

Prior to founding Selway Partners, Yaron was founder, Chairman and CEO of Geotek Communications Inc. from 1989 until 1998, Chairman of the Board of Bogen Communications, Inc., and co-founder of Reshef Technologies Ltd., which he founded in 1984.

Yaron holds an M.B.A. and an academic degree in economics.

Yoav Stern, President and CEO

Mr. Stern is the President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of DVTel, since February 2011. He is an investor and has been an executive in a variety of high-tech companies and has 20 years of management experience as President, CEO and/or Executive Chairman. He has worked with large international corporations and investment firms in the Homeland Security Industry including as a President and CEO of a $70M multi-national company. Since 1997, Yoav has been Co-Chairman and one of four main shareholders of Bogen Communication International Inc. Yoav served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Kellstrom Aerospace LLC, a $200M supply chain management company where he remains a shareholder today.

Previously, Yoav was a Founding and Managing Partner of Helix Capital, a private M&A and Turn-Around Advisory Firm. He was the President, COO and Director of WordStar International, Inc., a $50M publicly traded Software Company. He held the position of VP Business Development of a multinational industrial investment holding company. Yoav spent 10 years full time and 20 years in reserve services in the Air Force, where he was a Deputy Commander of an F-15 squadron and involved in management and operations of highly advanced avionics and aerospace technologies.

Yoav has a Practical Engineering Diploma in Mechanics & Automation and a B.S. Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with Distinction. He is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and graduate of the Air Force Flying Instructors’ course with Distinction.

Ami Amir , EVP Marketing & Product Marketing

Mr. Amir joined DVTel in March of this year and serves as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Product Marketing.

Ami was the Founder and CEO of RADVISION (NASDAQ:RDVN), a market leader in the voice and video over IP space where he grew the business to over $70 million. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of RAD, Inc. (NJ), where he grew the business from zero to over $20 million in revenue. Amir has been a partner in Partech, an international venture capital firm and serves on a wide array of company boards.

Ami brings over three decades of extensive technical experience, including years spent in R&D building large software-based communications systems, Internet-related technologies, real-time, embedded electronic warfare systems, and developing various hardware and software products.

Dan Hochberg, Vice President of Strategic Business Development

Mr. Hochberg leads DVTel’s Global Business Units including Business Development at each of the seven Regional Sales Offices. Dan brings broad experience to DVTel from previous engagements at several technology companies which were at different stages of their business cycle. Most recently he co-founded Axxana, a start-up in the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity market.

Dan started his career at COMET Intl. where he ran the local US subsidiary, turning it profitable within a short period of time. He then established and ran RADVISION operations in Asia Pacific, where he was in charge of both its technology and networking solutions. Later, he served as VP Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Product Marketing for the Technology Business Unit.

Dan holds both a B.A. and an M.A. from Keio University (Japan)

Alice Roth, Vice President of Research and Development

Ms. Roth is the most recent addition to DVTel’s Sr. Management Team. Alice heads our Research, Development and Testing Groups.. Alice has over twenty years of experience in multiple disciplines including complex project lifecycles, operational post-merger integration, and product development.

Prior to DVTel, Alice led a variety teams in companies such as Verint, TTI Telecom and iCentric Solutions. Most recently she served in a Development role at AMDOCS where she had overall responsibility for design and development of all company projects, M&A and European Business Strategy.

Alice holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science and speaks six languages.

Tomer Pinchas, CFO

Mr. Pinchas is DVTel’s Chief Financial Officer since July 2011 and he leads DVTel’s financial groups. Tomer has been with DVTel since 2007 as the Controller and VP of Finance, managing the majority of DVTel’s financial and accounting activities. Among his accomplishments, he led DVTel’s financial group to a successful merger with ioimage in March 2010.

In the period of six years prior to joining DVTel, Tomer gained vast accounting experience in top public accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York.

Tomer holds a B.A. in Accounting.

Yacov Monitz , Vice President of Operations

Mr. Monitz heads the Operations department which includes Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering and RMA activities. He has been with DVTel since January 2010 and with ioimage since December of 2006.

Yacov brings to DVTel more than 25 years of experience in the development and production of military, telecommunication, fabless components and video components.

Yacov holds a B.S.C in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Avi Gerbi, VP of Strategic Alliances and Managing Director of Asia Pacific Region

Since joining DVTel 6 years ago, Mr. Gerbi has build both territory coverage and sales in the APAC region, achieving consistent growth of 35% year on year, with a focus on maintaining strong personal links to customers and partners to ensure that their unique needs are understood and addressed.

Beginning in 1999, Avi was responsible for the introduction of NICE Systems’ video solution to APAC, playing a key role in the market’s shift from analog to digital to IP solutions and in the introduction of video analytics. His combined experience of working for both companies places him in a unique position to understand how the latest in video recording and management technology can best serve the present and future needs of the Security Industry in APAC.

Avi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has worked in the electronics industry for more than 25 years. His past experience includes Communications Intelligence, Air Traffic Control and the development of Project Management methodologies.

David Petrook, Managing Director UK and EMEA

As the Managing Director for the UK and EMEA, Mr. Petrook manages the DVTel UK subsidiary which provides sales, service, support, and operations for the sales of DVTel products throughout all of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Since opening the UK Office David has introduced the DVTel solution and has grown the company’s business in this critical market to where DVTel is held in high esteem as the industry leader in IP video surveillance.

Previously, David was a Sales Director at Loronix (now Verint) when digital recording was still in its infancy. Because of his extensive electronic security experience, he is now considered a leading expert in Europe. David also served as Sales Director at NICE U.K. His combined experience of working for both companies has given him a unique grounding and an unrivalled view of the benefits and advantages associated with the latest in video recording and management technology

David has worked in the CCTV industry for more than 25 years and for the past 15 years specifically in the digital recording arena

Paul Smith, Vice President of Sales, Americas

Mr. Smith directs the pre and post sales efforts for DVTel for North and South America. In this role, Paul leads the sales efforts and continues his work of establishing partnerships with various Value Added Resellers, End Users, Security Consultants and Technology Partners.

As a member of DVTel’s Management Team for the past ten years, he has helped guide the company to where it is today – the leader in video surveillance technology. He serves on many advisory boards and is a frequent and well known speaker at industry events.

Paul is a veteran technology industry executive with extensive experience in security and telecommunications, especially in creating company awareness. Prior to DVTel, he was a Founder and COO of DSET Corporation and led the sales of the company from $0 to $50M in revenue from 1992 to 2000, including a very successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the NASDAQ in 1998. DSET was the world’s leader in network management software development tools. Paul began his career with Bell Labs and later worked for AT&T Network Systems (now Lucent Technologies).

Paul holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.

Ed Thompson, Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Mr. Thompson is the lead product visionary and champion and has been responsible for the development and productization of hundreds of IP video camera and encoder solutions in DVTel’s extensive portfolio.

Previously, Ed was Director of Technology Development for Tyco/Sensormatic’s Video Products Division where he was responsible for the development of Sensormatic’s industry-leading Matrix Systems and Dome Camera product lines. As a key member of Sensormatic’s Video Steering Committee, Ed was instrumental in developing the company’s advanced digital architectures.

Ed has over 30 years of Product Development and Management experience and holds 10 US and International Product Design Patents in the field of Security Technologies.

Vered Shinar, Vice President of Professional Engineering Services

Ms. Shinar heads the Professional Engineering Services (PES) Group with the main objective of creating higher value for our customers. Under Vered’s leadership the PES group is providing products and services which customize our Smart Security Solution suite of products. The team focuses on customizing the core DVTel software platform, building applications and a long list of third party integrations as well as SDK support. They utilize their advanced software programming skill set and the DVTel unique plug-ins platform to provide complete and easy to use solutions. Vered joined DVTel in order to form the PES department over 6 years ago.

Prior to joining DVTel, Vered had experience in management, product development and R&D in the software industry and was the Sr. Algorithm Developer at Schema. Vered brings to DVTel more than 13 years of experience in the development industry.

Vered holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics and an M.B.A. specializing in Information Systems.

Maria Cambria, Vice President of Global Services

Ms. Cambria has served as DVTel’s Vice President of Global Accounts Management for over 9 years. As such, she instituted the Global Accounts Management Group which successfully assists DVTel customers with technical support, training, project management and product certification around the world.

Prior to joining DVTel, Maria was one of the founders of NICE Systems’ video over IP group, and as part of her responsibilities she headed up the North America technical team including pre and post sales support, installation and training teams.

Maria holds a B.S. in Computer Science

Yaron Zussman, VP Global Accounts

As DVTel’s VP of Sales for North America, Mr. Zussman leads the sales efforts and continues his work of establishing partnerships with various Value Added Resellers, end users, security consultants and technology partners. Yaron has been with DVTel for over 8 years. Yaron currently leads the establishment and maintenance of strategic alliances with the largest global and national Value Added Resellers and nurturing end user relationships.

Prior to joining DVTel, Yaron worked for NovaSoft Information Technology as a Management Executive.

Yaron holds a B.S. in Business Management.

Inderjit Sehrawat, Managing Director DVTel India

Inderjit Sehrawat serves as the Managing Director for DVTel India. Since 2006 Mr. Sehrawat has led the expansion of DVTel business in India, becoming a market leader in enterprise grade IP CCTV in India.

Inderjit has 18 years of management experience, having started his career in 1993 in the central services of the Government of India, where he worked in operations, human resources, crisis management, procurement, project management and general management on a national scale. During this time, he worked in the transportation and telecommunications industries.As one of the founding members of the RailTel corporate team in 2000, Inderjit played a key role in establishing the company as a key player in India telecom carrier space. He was instrumental in planning a national network of optical fibre cables, SDH and DWDM-based transmission networks, IP MPLS and VSAT networks, as well as formulating sales strategies for the company.

Inderjit holds a Masters of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, where he specialised in Electronics and Communications.
